There is a lot of interest in business in the concept of “agile” or “responsive” businesses. Some people have got interested enough to set up a website and write a manifesto. See here www.responsive.org

Responsive org principles:
Purpose over Profit, Empowering over Controlling, Emergence over Planning, Networks over Hierarchies, Adaptivity over Efficiency, Transparency over Privacy.”
The fact that Microsoft have signed up to this might suggest that it may not be as radical as it sounds. However it is worth keeping an eye on! I am attending a Responsive.org conference on 27th April and will report back.
